1. About these terms
These terms govern buster.games, operated by Tensor Wave Inc., incorporated in Ontario, Canada. By using the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. Contact us at hey@tensorwave.co.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle information. Individual games may have additional terms. Games developed by Tensor Wave also use our Game Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required by local law, and be legally allowed to use the service. If you are below the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms with you and authorize any purchase.
You can play many games as a guest. Google sign-in provides account features such as supported cloud saves and developer submissions. Protect your account, use it only with permission, and do not impersonate others. Local guest saves can be lost when browser data is cleared. Features and save recovery vary by game.
3. Playing games and intellectual property
We give you limited, nonexclusive permission to use the portal for personal entertainment and to use developer features for authorized submissions. Portal and game content belong to Tensor Wave or their respective owners and licensors. Do not copy, redistribute, or modify protected content without permission, except as allowed by law or an applicable license.
Third-party developers are responsible for their game content and additional services. We review submissions but cannot guarantee every game’s operation or suitability for every player. Read a game’s own notices where provided and report problems to us.
4. Conduct
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, share another person’s private information, submit illegal or infringing content, manipulate ratings or play counts, cheat, exploit security flaws, or interfere with accounts and systems. Do not use automated access in ways that bypass controls or disrupt the service. Authorized developer API use is permitted within its published limits.
5. Developer submissions
Submit only games and assets you own or have permission to distribute, and provide accurate listing and ownership information. You remain responsible for your game, its data practices, third-party services, and compliance with applicable law. Do not include malicious code, unauthorized tracking, or private credentials.
You retain ownership of your submissions. By submitting, you give Tensor Wave permission to host, reproduce, deliver, publicly display, and make the submitted game and listing available through Buster and its supported embedding features, and to make technical changes needed for delivery and review. This permission is for operating and presenting the service and does not transfer ownership.
We may review, reject, remove, or restrict submissions for policy, security, legal, or operational reasons. Publication is not guaranteed. Ownership transfers must use an authorized process. Contact us to request removal of published content or review of a decision.
6. Advertising and purchases
The portal may show ads. Some games or providers may offer optional purchases or rewarded features. Any available offer must identify its price, currency, seller, and relevant purchase conditions. Payments and refunds follow those disclosed conditions, the seller’s process, and applicable law. These terms do not make all purchases nonrefundable.
Virtual currency or items are permissions to use game features, not cash or property with a guaranteed resale value. Use only transfers expressly supported by the game or platform. Minors need a parent or guardian’s authorization for purchases.
Buster Coins. Buster Coins are a virtual currency sold by Tensor Wave Inc. for use in participating games on Buster. You need a Buster account to buy, hold, or spend them. Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout, applicable taxes are added at checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe. Some packs include bonus coins, which are spent before purchased coins.
Coins do not expire. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred between accounts, and are a limited license to use game features, not property. Coin purchases are final and nonrefundable except where the law requires a refund.
Buster asks you to confirm every spend, showing the game, the item, and the coin amount. A confirmed spend is final unless the game refunds it. Games, not Tensor Wave, are responsible for delivering the items you spend coins on; contact the game’s developer, or us, if something is not delivered.
If a coin purchase is charged back or reversed, the coins from that purchase are removed from your account, even if this makes your balance negative, and spending is paused until the dispute is resolved and your balance is zero or more. We may also suspend coins involved in fraud or abuse.
7. Moderation, changes, and ending use
We may update or suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, and may restrict access or remove content for abuse, violations, or legal requirements. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. Contact hey@tensorwave.co to request a review of a restriction.
Games and online features may change or close. Any affected paid entitlement remains subject to its purchase conditions and mandatory consumer law. You can stop using the portal and request deletion under the privacy policy.
8. Availability and responsibility
The portal and games may have interruptions, errors, or compatibility limits. To the extent allowed by law, we provide them as available without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes a mandatory consumer guarantee, remedy, privacy right, or other protection. Those protections apply even if another clause appears to say otherwise.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory protections under the law where you live. You can contact hey@tensorwave.co for an informal resolution, but this is not a condition of exercising a legal remedy.
Disputes may be brought in Ontario courts. This does not remove a right under applicable law to use a court or regulator where you live. We do not require arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class proceeding.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms and show the date above. We give appropriate notice of material changes and seek agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired. If a clause cannot be enforced, the other clauses continue to apply to the extent lawful.
